波紋管稱重傳感器特別適合用于小型料斗秤和臺秤
測量元件是一種由不銹鋼制成的雙彎曲梁，彎曲梁上外加有4個應變片。
設計應變片為兩個應變片受到拉伸，兩個應變片受到壓縮。
在作用在測量方向上的負荷的影響下，彈性體和隨之變化的摩擦鎖定應變片會發(fā)生彈性變形。
這樣便產生一個與負荷呈比例的測量信號電壓。
